+ ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped pending both item availability and credit card verification. All efforts are made to make and ship your order as quickly as possible,  and items usually ship within 5-7 (M-F) business days. 

+SHIPPING

Domestic (USA) Shipping is FREE on all orders!  
TAMLIN utilizes  USPS and UPS for all shipping, orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground. Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing your order as we can not re-route packages.

International shipping can be arranged and will be billed separately, please email sales@ilovetamlin.com before placing your order.

+ RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your order with a 15% restocking fee. We do not waive this fee unless your order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. 

+ All returns require pre-authorization via email. Returns will not be accepted without authorization, please contact orders@ilovetamlin.com
+  Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging within 10 days. The item must be able to be resold as new,  free from any marks,  and be accompanied by receipt.
+ Special orders, customized jewelry, select one-of-a-kinds, and sale or discounted items are final sale.
+ Returned items must be shipped in proper packaging and fully insured.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
+ TAMLIN Jewelry cannot be liable for loss or damage of returns in transit, and will not assume responsibility without proof of delivery to TAMLIN Jewelry.

 We have the right to deny credits if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

+ PAYMENT

TAMLIN currently accepts payment by all major credit cards.  Please contact us directly if you wish to pay by another method, sales@ilovetamlin.com

+ SALES TAX

Sales tax is calculated at the local rate during check out and will only be applied to orders shipped within New York state.

We do not make custom jewelry, however at times, certain pieces can be tweaked to better suit you--so if you have something in mind, by all means, go ahead and ask! All customizations are processed as special orders and will incur additional fees. Please email sales@ilovetamlin.com to discuss your request, including as much specific information as possible.

+ OUT OF STOCK

You love it but it's sold out? Items shown as "Out of Stock" are often still available to be purchased as special orders but will take up to 4-8 weeks to ship. Contact sales@ilovetamlin.com for assistance, please be sure to specify the name of the piece and which metal you are interested in.

+ GIFT PACKAGING

Your item will arrive ready for giving in a beautiful little matte-black gift  box, or a suede pouch with gold lettering.
